Enjoy swimming if you go...that's something I haven't gotten around to doing yet, although I keep thinking about it.  But then I'd have to shave my legs in the middle of winter!  LOL.  (And worse...wear a bathing suit in public...eep.  Although I do have an old one that I might fit into nicely now...)

Not much on the agenda today.  Might do some reading and writing for a course I'm taking and have been neglecting (it's a correspondence course and I have to get cracking on it).  And I do have to go over to Shoppers and mail a card for my grandmother (she's turning 91 on Wednesday).  So I'll get at least half an hour of walking in that way.  Other than that - nothing too exciting.

I'm starting to crave cooking, and I was in a complete cooking slump before the kitchen was torn out - I couldn't make myself cook to save my life.  Now I have ideas and no kitchen to experiment in!  Oh well.  Soon!  Here's what I'm hoping to have today:

Do you have a receipe for the low carb chicken soup?  Would you mind sharing or if it is already on the recipe board, i can go look for it.
