Had my first AB toning class tonight at the gym.....

Oh sweet mother of GOD!!!

I met the devil and HER name is Luci the instructor.....

I take a CX Works class at Goodlife 3 times a week, all ab work - freaking torture, but so worth it! 

The instructors love it when I tell them I hate them...but I keep coming back for more!
