I really enjoyed my first hot yoga class last night!  Today I'm doing my first week #2 session of the Couch to 5k program.  That takes about 1/2 hour in total, followed by 15 mins of stretching.

Planning to get on the treadmill tonight...I've been slacking off this past week and feel very bad.  45-60 mins fast walking combined with incline, and hand weights.  Don't think I'm up for my Jillian Michaels dvds.

My girlfriend had surgery for a tumor so I'm in montreal since last Friday so I compensate by taking the stairs instead of elevator....wow, I would never have said that 2 years ago...elevators were my best friend ahahahaha

Today is just going to be walking I'm afraid.  I'm working until 5pm so it's going to be a little limiting based on the errands I have to run tonight.  I plan to run up and down the stairs at work on my breaks though so I guess that counts! LOL

Going to swim laps for the 2nd time. I really hope it becomes a habit. I really like it. The last time I went for 45 and MFP said that's about 780 cals burned. Not too bad!

Have moved about half the snow I have to move today.  As I am already pooped I think this might be my activity for today!  That wind last night really hard packed the snow so its wonderfully NOT fluffy!

I finished a 12 hour night last night and going in again tonight. I will walk to work and do a few extra laps around the floors on my break. I think we figured that 8 laps was half a mile. No other purposeful exercise.
