What exercise are you doing today?
Curves first thing this morning. Monica, what a wonderful compliment they paid you!! Running is something i really want to try.
I really enjoyed my first hot yoga class last night! Today I'm doing my first week #2 session of the Couch to 5k program. That takes about 1/2 hour in total, followed by 15 mins of stretching.

43 minutes on recumbent cross trainer.
I finished a 12 hour night last night and going in again tonight. I will walk to work and do a few extra laps around the floors on my break. I think we figured that 8 laps was half a mile. No other purposeful exercise.
