Gastroscopy...
Well, I have learned that the Endoscopy and Gastroscopy are basically the same thing...
My appointment was quick, I arrived early and they took me right away didn't even have time to finish the paper work they gave me, My poor brother had to hold my purse. -snickers-
I went, got the IV in the hand, sat around for a bit talked with a lovely lady who was post op, but needed to check on something so it was her second time.
Got ushered into the room, waited about 10 minutes on the bed, And to my surprise not only did the nice female doctor who did the scope come in, but Dr. Gmora! I really hope I have him. He said I after I was done with this I would be going to a clinic with the doctors? I wasn't sure what he meant because the happy sleepy drugs were kicking in!. All in all I wasn't awake to see my innards...like I would of liked to have been.
But after I was able to walk, and be somewhat co-herent I went up to the clinic, and asked what the doc meant, and they said probably just to book an appointment, so they did!! I am very happy with the progress! Even if I am going to ask for an August Surgery Date. :)

Ahhh Dr Gmora...oh excuse me while I wipe the drool off my keyboard!
I had Anvari for my surgery. He is good at what he does, but he has absolutely no bedside manner. Well, I guess that's not really fair of me to say, as my only contact with him was when he walked in his receptionist's office & interrupted a conversation we were having, and then a 2 minute chat about my gallbladder before my surgery. Otherwise didn't see hide nor hair of him. He didn't even go to the surgical waiting area to let my fiance know how everything went. But - I know he is one of the best out there & that's what's important to me!
Anyway after that little rant...lol...Gmora is also a damn good surgeon & a face I would love to see just before going under...![]()
Lol, Thanks everyone!.
And yes I definitely do hope it is Dr. Gmora!! :) Though I am not going to be picky!
