Ok so I'm still in a lot of pain, I'm having to hold my left side when I walk stand and sit just to give it some support. ...Always have. It's red, not that much redder than the others but a tad. It's sore inside the incision...not the skin , And it hot to touch. But I have no fever...should I go to my er?

Also above my big incision the swollen part above it keeps vibrating...like a muscle spasm.....this normal?

I would either phone the Ontario Help Line or go to your ER.  Better to be safe and have it check I think.  I hope you are feeling better soon.  wink

Yes!! if it's swollen red, hot and painful there's an infection. Perhaps a call to your family physician rather than waiting in the ER?

the vibration is likely a sensation from the nerves, its not really vibrating (unless, of course, you're seeing it vibrating)

the pain and heat suggests infection.

I would call your surgeons office and tell them what you told us...they will either tell you to go to the hospital or perhaps just your doc to get antibiotics?

Man you can't catch a break! Just so you don't feel alone....one of my incisions I'm keeping an eye on too...its gooping!
