Save the dates! Toronto East End Coffee Nights - MARCH 2013
Everyone is welcome to join us - pre-op, post-op, bring spouses if you like. :)
We are going to stick with our usual second Tuesday and fourth Monday of the month pattern since some can't make it on Mondays and some can't make it on Tuesdays, and we don't want to interfere with the TWH support meetings on the first and third weeks of the month.

They have some WLS-friendly stuff on the menu if you want to grab a bite while there - a favourite seems to be an appetizer of a stick of chicken souvlaki with tzatziki sauce on the side. :)

No worries - it was a bit early after surgery, I'm sure! I wasn't leaving the house for more than a 10-15 minute walk at a time at one week out. :)
