Dr. Dansescu? I met with him yesterday to be evaluated for the Bariatric Medical Program. Which by the way, I have been approved to move forward with...crossing fingers it starts in April, 12 weeks of Opti will get me off of it for the summer which works perfectly as, for me, with warmer weather comes being outdoors more, getting more exercise, also I find I have an easier time eating fruits and veggies. Winter brings on hybernation mode...which has been my crutch since I have now gained back 10lbs since December!!! boo hoo...

Moving on doesn't mean you forget about things. It just means you have to accept what happened and continue LIVING
It's a new program they're starting up as opposed to surgery...weekly monitoring, consulting then 14 weeks of teaching proper nutrition and getting back to eating "normal" foods etc...and apparently even after the 26 weeks, they'll offer continued support to make sure there is no regain...
