My poor tummy hates them. All brands, flavours, consistencies, mixtures, store bought, home-made, doesn't matter.

Makes me kinda sad as I know it's good to have one after a workout (+ I just bought a whole case of Muscle Milk - silly me!)

Just an observation. Life will go on!!

That is all!!

Well, check the expiry date and hang on to them. What you can't tolerate now, you may tolerate later.

I will do just that! And it's not like I CAN'T drink them - I can, so in a pinch they're ok. They just upset my pouch.

I'm thinking though that they will be good to throw in a cooler in the boat, so at least if we are out longer than expected I have something to tide me over!

Deb - yes, greek yogurt is one of my go-to foods! I have one almost every weekday for my morning snack!

everyone is probably sick of hearing me say this... but I couldn't stand the way whey made me feel and the taste...yak!!!

I switched to soy

the life brand at shopper's drug mart (vanilla) and keep your receipt because it has a money back offer if you don't like.

I make a decaf espresso, add a cup of milk, 2 scoops of powder a cup of ice and stick it on the nutri bullet blender... comes out tasting like a vanilla frappe 23 gr of protein.

Am looking for one that has a little less carbs but I don't have problems with it.

good luck

Thanks, I will have to try the soy protein. I don't find the actual taste too bad, I can disguise it (the powder, anyway), in a home-made shake. But ya the way it makes my tummy feel just sucks!

My tummy doesn't like them either.

Have you tried the "Simply" protein bars?  I find they work okay for me.

I haven't tried the Simply bars, but I have tried the ProtiLife bars - which I'm ok with. It is just the shakes (pre-packaged and/or home-made) that make me feel puky!!

Kelly's has a good one it comes to them in bulk, I like it , I have also heard you can get the fruit flavoured ones from health store I think on Memorial. I also like the simply right from SAMs club . I hope you find something that works
