Today is the day of my surgery

In few hours i am nerveous please prayer for me. Thank you.

Hi Monique i feel the same . i am so tired today i work all day in my house but i can' t sleep. I prayer for you, quickly recover the best for you.

Good luck on your journey :) n here's to an uneventful surgery n recovery :) ...I just had RNY yesterday in Hamilton ...tips -----sip sip sip ....stay on top of those pain meds ( I have gotten into the routine of askin for them about 15 min b4 they r do) so I'm not sittin waiting n waiting n try n get up n walk around ASAP :) good luck

Don't you worry - things will go just fine, I'm sure.  I was very nervous before my surgery, and now, almost 6 months out, I don't regret it at all.  No complications, just great weight loss.

And don't worry if you didn't sleep - you'll be sleeping lots today, LOL. :)
