Backsliding into old habits...
you are past the (honeymoon) phase and everything you do becomes more difficult.
I am 4 years post-op and I can related to you very well...as I struggle with this on a daily basis
...just yesterday I had an app't at lunch so I had stopped at a local deli to grab a homemade sandwich on a kaiser....and I ate the entire thing (boy was I in pain)...
typically I don't eat buns...never mind the heap of meat on it.
..it kicked me and I will remember it for a very long time. Typically when I go somewhere my grilled chicken etc comes on a bun I will either discard the bun entirely or cut the sandwich in half and take half home.
Start making yourself accountable again... you obviously realize where you are making a few errors in judgment, so instead of tackling the entire issue at once...start with (1) item and work from there.![]()
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!. Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

Yes, taking accountability is key. That's why I went back and posted all the nitty gritty on those boards, and punched it into MFP.
Thanks for your post:)
