16 months post op. Went to the gym after work, despite being exhausted and cranky.lol

b: 2 tbsp PB, 1 slice weigh****cher's bread, 1 tsp jam
S: Karma muffin (sooo goood), 1/2 apple
L: 3oz turkey meatloaf, 1/2 cup veggies
S: 1/2 cup carrots, 2oz guacomole
D: Bison burger patty, 1/2 cup veggies
S: protein brownie

Carbs: 95g
Fiber:26g
Sugar: 30g
