I am wondering if anyone can suggestion a brand or type of water bottle/jug they used for their Opti. I am looking to purchase a couple, as like most I work 8+ hours a day. Where did you buy them? Thanks for your time!

Blender bottle! Ahhhmazing! It's got the little spring in it so when you shake it, it mixes everything well.

I'm not there yet but I'm closer then I was yesterday!

The cheapest place to buy a blender bottle that I saw was at Walmart.   I bought one and brought it with me to work along with my packages of Optifast.  I drank my morning shake on the way to work.  Arriving at work I washed it out, put cold water in it and placed it in the fridge.  Then at lunch I would take it out, add the package of Optifast and shake it up, add 5 ice cubes and drink it.  Then wa**** out, put more cold water in it and place it back in the fridge.  Then at 4 p.m., I did the same routine.

My schedule for Optifast was 8 a.m., noon, 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.  I had a SF jello at lunch and a broth for afternoon snack.

I used one of those Tupperware shaker bottles with the little mixer wheel thingy inside and measurements on the outside. Shook up the opti first with cold water and then added ice cubes - no prob!

I used a blender bottle from GNC. I already had it laying around so not sure what it cost, check out Walmart as well.

My best tip is don't drink from it, only use it to mix. Get a couple of those lidded cups with the straw. Those SAVED me during Opti.
