I just started Opti this past Tuesday and while getting dressed today I realized I that my jeans are more loose and I had to tighten my bra strap...I've NEVER used the other inner hooks on my bras - only the outermost ones!! So I weighed myself and 9 lbs are gone! WOOHOO! I feel GREAT!

Super cool! I was hoping to lose an average of one pound a day, and I'm honestly not that far off. Today is day 18 for me, and I'm 13 lbs down from the Opti. I consider that a success.

(The rest of the weight loss indicated on my ticker was done on my own prior to Opti.)
