Idea!!!

I am on another site like this but it's dominantly US. They have a PenPal section were you connect with someone and create a goodie box for your PenPal and visa versa.
You'd fill it with :

Measuring cup/ spoons
Shaker bottle
Protein shake/ bar
High protein snacks
Diary/pen
Etc...

Just about anything you think your pen pal might like or could use post or pre surgery.
We all live in different places and are able to get different things. And getting a care package at anytime is nice especially if its from someone going through the same thing you are.

It's just a thought but I thought it be something nice.

This is great..I've read that some send little cards of encouragement in the boxes or picture frames... One even sent a ninja blender. The sky's the limit as to what you think you'd like to send your PenPal to Aid them or to motivate them.

Beef jerky
Cheese curds
SF syrups
Tassimo/ Keurig pods ( it does not have to be a full pkg.. A few so they can try is great)
Decaf tea or coffee with sweetners or agave
Pkg of almonds
Water bottle
DVD

Really anything.. Getting to know your pen pal and then putting a pkg together would be so much fun!!
