I was at a clients the other night delivering their life insurance policies that they had applied for two months ago and their four year old little boy said to me that I look different and I said maybe because I have lost weight and he said well you still sound the same but you look different! Even 4 year olds notice lol. And here I thought kids were annoying haha.

LOL. I remember one kid saying, "Where did the rest of you go?"

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
