York Region/GTA Meeting 8/18/13

Hello everyone,

The next York Region/GTA meeting is scheduled for Sunday, August 18 at 2:30. The meeting will be held in the Craft Room of the Langstaff Community Centre at 155 Red Maple Road in Richmond Hill. The building is located behind an Elementary School.

This month's discussion topic is "Weight is Only a Number on the Scale" & will be led by Natalie. I love Natalie's meetings because she always has a way of helping me look at myself in new, confident ways. It's a great topic & well worth the effort to come out to take part in.

There will be a $5 fee to cover the room rental cost. As always, support people are welcomed at no cost. We will also have our optional 50/50 draw & our clothing exchange. Please bring any extra clothes you may have & take home some new-to-you clothes at the same time.

I know we're in the height of summer & everyone is busy, but it's important to take some time for ourselves & keep focused on our goals. Please come out. You'll meet great people & learn a lot.
