Missing the fizz?

I love my water also. I stopped drinking pop 3 months before my surgery, and i dont miss it at all. As a matter of fact i dont miss anything that i used to eat or drink before surgery . My focus is off all the crap i used to eat and drink, and i am cautious of what goes into my body now. I dont crave anything , i am not hungry at all, but i do know that will change as the months go by. And thats when my strength will be tested...Krista.....
I was a pop drinker for sure...I had them quite regularly and since opti haven't had any and since surgery I have never missed it!!! It doesn't appeal to me AT ALL!! Somethings change...
I almost took out my 70 year old mom for her Pepsi so I feel you! Deeply!

HI,
I am 9 months out and I drink pop.
It hurts like hell unless it's flat.
And it's diet.
DId I say carbonation hurts?
I've asked and it does not stretch your pouch. It is not recommended as for many people it is a trigger food (pop and chips, pop and pizza etc).
