Good morning all. Have been camping since Monday. Came home to a great mess. we were having our pipes replaced. I now have a great hole in the ceiling of my kitchen. Knew it would be there bit still a shock.

On the plus side had a bath last noght for the first time in years. It was great.

b. greek yogurt, granola, raspberries

l. turkey roll up, yogurt

s. skim milk, protein powder, peach

d. chicken, salad, corn

I will add a snack later.

I am at a "very strange" part of this journey. I am at my goal and need to eat more to make sure I don't go too far under goal. I also need to eat a lot more fiber - what automatically increases my carbs ( what I don't like). I still need to figure a way today to add an extra 20 gr of fiber during the day...

 B- 1/2 cup Fiber 1 Original, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/2 banana

S- Source vanilla twist greek yogurt

L- 2 tbspoons  Hummus , 1/4 cup cucumber, 2 Melba Toast Rounds

S- 10 red grapes, 1/2 cup skim milk w/ protien powder

D- 2 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup homemade veggie soup with 1 oz light Havarti cheese

S- Source vanilla twist greek yogurt

 

Cals:749 Carbs:61 Fat: 25 Prot: 68

Good afternoon!

I did my 10K run this morning - Toronto Women's at Sunnybrook park. I completed it in just under 58 minutes - my fastest time ever! My new body never ceases to amaze me.

I'm now in the car headed to the cottage, so will wait until tomorrow night to post my eats.
