I know this is normal but SO frustrating!  I've been some form of 180-182 for the past 6 weeks.  There are some things I need to do differently and improve.  Gonna try them....anymore suggestions??

Hi Jodi

I'm sure you enter all your food in my fitnesspal and or another program to keep yourself fully accountable. ( and no sampling - licking spoons etc... LOL)

You are also at a point where your fat tissue is going to be taken over by muscle tissue. Do you have a scale that give you your fat %? . What about your clothes? Do they feel looser and more comfortable despite the fact that the numbers don't chenge.

Numbers are just numbers...

Best of luck.

Judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.

I stalled in August for about 5-6 weeks (first real major stall), but then started losing again last week...about 10 lbs in 6 days and still going!  Just my body catching up...and I'm guessing yours too.  Though you do allude to going a bit off the rails...so do track that, as that could be impacting the loss as well.  And be honest with yourself about it.  If you're doing all you should be, then the scale will move -- it's just a matter of time!
