Jumping on the no sleep bandwagon.

Agreeing with Birdie, give it time. Pretty much anything that puts you to sleep will become habit forming, and while technically not addictive it can easily become habit forming. The other thing is once your system becomes used to getting help, it easily expects it and will NOT let you fall asleep without the help.
I have had sleep issues for a very long time. I need 50mg of benedryl to fall asleep, which is kind of OK as I also have a chronic sinus problem that is helped greatly by that drug and is "better" than the long lasting non drowsy drugs, at least for me.
Good luck! Maybe count zombies?
Yeah, that's what I figured with the habit forming stuff. Better to let it work itself out I guess, and just put up with it. Not what I want to hear but probably good advice ;) I scare easily so no counting zombies for me - my imagination would just run away with me and then I'd be up even longer :p
Oh I envy you!! Maybe I'll try some Sleepy Time, that's a good idea. I am so tired but my body just will not sleep, not even a cat nap today! Hopefully we both start sleeping better soon - I think we are sort of close in surgery dates so it must have something to do with healing and the extra energy from ketosis or something!
