I know this has been discussed to death, but...
Oh man, I cannot wait to be seven months out, lol. I am just so sick of the weight, and so ready to feel better!! I have so much weight to lose that sometimes it really feels like an impossible task, so when it slows down I'm panicking a bit. But if I can someday get to be under 200 (where I haven't been since college) then it will all be worth it. I haven't been great about protein either but today I committed myself to really buckling down and making sure I hit the target. I am lazy and don't like working out, but I've done the treadmill two days in a row so hopefully that's a good start. I know a few people who've lost 100 lbs + without ever stepping foot in the gym, so if you start now I'm sure you'll have success and be pretty toned! You've done a great job so far - I took a look at your pictures and you look awesome!!

Me too. I am 2 weeks out today and I have been at the same number for 2 days, so I think it might be the beginning of a stall. Maybe due to recently introducing pureed food etc? It doesn't bother me, as long as it doesn't last for ages, lol. Keep us updated and let us know when the stall breaks! =)
I am wondering if it's the introduction of purées too, as I started them on Friday and haven't seen a scale movement since Saturday... Hmm. But if we focus on the protein and water, it will move again. And hopefully we will both notice changes in the inches even if the scale doesn't move! True, as long as it doesn't last for ages then it's ok :) I'll keep you updated!
I a sure that it will break soon....try and concentrate on how your clothes is fitting. Things will still get loser even tho the scale isn't moving. Good luck with reaching 60 by Christmas. My goal is to lose another 20 by then too...I would love to get to ,y bday and be below 200 ....would be a grest 37 bday present to me!
