I know this has been discussed to death, but...

Oh you will see it will, I was like you, crazy numbers at first, then the stall and from there just started to drop like crazy, I lost 89 in 6 months cuz like i said haven't lost any in over a month lol, but it's ok I still want to loose some but I am sitting at 166 lbs right now and I haven't been this low since high school so i can't complain. In all honesty I haven't been very good about the gym and protein so i consider myself pretty lucky to have this success without the gym. I am starting back but I was always too tired and full of excuses but i want to try and firm up before I get too much loose skin. I guarentee that you will be shocked by your success at 7 months. I was and still am.

Oh man, I cannot wait to be seven months out, lol. I am just so sick of the weight, and so ready to feel better!! I have so much weight to lose that sometimes it really feels like an impossible task, so when it slows down I'm panicking a bit. But if I can someday get to be under 200 (where I haven't been since college) then it will all be worth it. I haven't been great about protein either but today I committed myself to really buckling down and making sure I hit the target. I am lazy and don't like working out, but I've done the treadmill two days in a row so hopefully that's a good start. I know a few people who've lost 100 lbs + without ever stepping foot in the gym, so if you start now I'm sure you'll have success and be pretty toned! You've done a great job so far - I took a look at your pictures and you look awesome!!

Me  too. I am  2 weeks out today and I have  been  at  the same number for 2 days, so I think it might be the beginning of a stall.  Maybe due  to recently introducing pureed food etc? It doesn't bother me, as long as it doesn't last for  ages, lol. Keep us updated  and let us know when  the  stall breaks! =)

I am wondering if it's the introduction of purées too, as I started them on Friday and haven't seen a scale movement since Saturday... Hmm. But if we focus on the protein and water, it will move again. And hopefully we will both notice changes in the inches even if the scale doesn't move! True, as long as it doesn't last for ages then it's ok :) I'll keep you updated!

I a sure that it will break soon....try and concentrate on how your clothes is fitting.  Things will still get loser even tho the scale isn't moving.  Good luck with reaching 60 by Christmas.  My goal is to lose another 20 by then too...I would love to get to ,y bday and be below 200 ....would be a grest 37 bday present to me!
