What are you eating doing today (Wednesday)

I had no internet this morning so that's why I didn't post. What a gloomy day out there this morning. Ended up not really having yesterday's menu as I forgot to take the pickeral out of the freezer so it's back on the menu today.
B - protein shake
L - minestrone type soup with about 3 oz of beef thrown in...cooked a roast and just add the beef to each bowl so I can make sure to keep the protein up.
S - greek yogurt
D - pickeral, oven baked wedges, cabbage salad with poppyseed dressing

Yum - David's Tea coffee cake, I have in the evening with some milk and splenda, like dessert...
Pat - no need to stop riding your bike in the cold, you just need some gear - a riding jacket will act as a windbreaker and if you get it big enough to wear a fleece under you'll be good to go. MEC has great riding pants which are lined in the front to keep legs warm and hats/scarves that can be worn under helmet and gloves/mits. I ride throughout the year except when raining in the morning or prior to snowplowing - I mean, I'm not crazy, right?!
Hard day today. I'm changing and I think I need to change my relationship. Some long standing issues that I've always been clear were issues, seem to be no longer tolerable. I'm resolved not to make any fast changes and my spouse is aware of my feelings. I was an army brat and never in the same school for more than 2 years - Its familiar and surprisingly easy for me to shed relationships like I would a coat - so being very careful, we've been together 22 years and have 2 kids. So its worth pausing.
Exercise: 30 min run; 1.5 hours biking to TWH and back for group tonight.
Eats: B - greek yogurt, raspberries, splenda, vanilla
L - homemade roasted veg. soup w protein powder
S - Protein shake: milk, berry, banana, protein
D - 3 oz steak plus some kind of vegetable
S - 1/4 c pumpkin seeds
Totals: 996 Calories; 100 Protein; 97 Carbs, 31 Fat
Keep forgetting to get all the calcium in, so big effort to do that today. AM/PM meds and H2O not a problem.
I have the lobster gloves for riding but my hands still get cold. Need to put gloves under them. My biggest problem at the moment is my feet. They go numb but I can not warm them up after. Took a very hot bath last night to get them to warm up and stop hurting. Even today walking in shoes my feet are cold. Probably old age and lack of circulation!

2 weeks post op, pureed stage.
Breakfast - Banana Protein Shake - (1 cup milk, half pureed banana, 1 scoop unflavored protein powder)
Lunch - 1 oz Chunk Chicken Breast, Packed In Water, 4 saltines, 1 laughing cow cheese (think I might have to drop this down to 2 or 3 crackers I was pretty full after.....which I JUST started being able to feel full, and MAN d I feel it now, lol)
Dinner - 1/3 cup pureed chili - homemade (book says to eat 1/4 to 1/2 cup so I went with 1/3), 2 tbs low fat cheddar melted, 2 tbs fat free sour cream
Snack - if I have one - probably some saltines with cream cheese
Approx Calories 627, Fat 16, Protein 65, Carbs 69

prise my dh, he has been.handeling all chores since my surgery (lucky girl)lol, however since my laundry room is in the basement ill have my son bring it up when he gets home from.school so i can fold it all.
i am 16 days post op....

lunch 1/3 cup pureed chilli (homemade)
supper 2 tbs fish talipia and 1.5 tbs mashed potato
so far foods r setteling well
plus the grossest antibiotic ever!! and all vitemins
