Hapifork
Since having my surgery in Feb 2012 I have lost over 180 lbs and am in maintenance mode now but I have always struggled with eating speed. I eat way too fast so over a year ago on Kickstart I sponsored Hapifork after seeing it on CNN, Global and other news services.
Just received it and am very excited to setup the fork and get started. Kind of funny... the Hapifork (which yes is a "fork") has bluetooth and wifi, USB cable and a case. I hope this works to get me to slow down.
Cheers
Patrick
March 28 is my birthday. Good job so far on the weightloss. I got in on Hapifork from the beginning via Kickstart by providing funding and for that I got to be part of the first shipment of Hapiforks. I will post more to let everyone know how it works and if it is worth the $100. I know that is allot of money but in the grand journey of things, worth it as part of the battle if you think it will help. Just like my $100 investment on a fitbit One last year.

Hapifork looks interesting. I have the same problem with eating too fast. I have just ordered a fitbit and am looking forward to receiving it.

HAPIfork is a utensil designed to pressure users into eating less by counting their bites and vibrating to indicate whether they are eating too fast. It's pretty costly, but this one is actually the latest gadget launched to the country's multibillion dollar a year diet industry. Source of article: Electronic HAPIfork.
