I spoke of this place before. FitzonePLUS. I love them and look forward returning to them in Jan.

I do not work for them, I do not get any discounts for promoting them. I just know how hard it is to find a place comfortable to work out.

I have been doing yoga with them at 400 lbs. they work w you and help you adjust the moves.
