 I purchased a slimming vest by Stella's Corsets.They are located on Wilson ave in Toronto. Costs very on length of the vest 

mine was 99 dollars but you make the investment once and they last almost forever...In the beginning you feel like you can't 

breath but after a few weeks it feels like a second skin i always wear mine.. even when i am at home just lounging around..Good  luck in finding the right thing for you... Just figured out how to track your progress...should have started this from the surgery date which was June 6 2013... so my tracker is my weight this morning...
