Pre-Surgery Optifast question...

I was through Ottawa and regardless of weight you do 3 weeks of optifast. During that time - lost 31 lbs. In addition to the optifast I did the sugar free jello. Good luck!!

I have been doing sf jello too.. today is day 2 and I am starting to feel better.. yesterday 1st day was hard.
