President's Choice has a generic chewable that is the same as the Centrum 50 + chewable that Ottawa recommended. I also bought the Jamieson chewable calcium. I found the best price for those was a Costco.

Wow your date is so near now!  You must be getting excited...

I used Centrum 50+ Chewables...i used a mortar and pestle to grind them up and put them in apple sauce.

If you can afford them the Bariatric chewables are the best you can take.

Life Brand also had a very good chewable but I'm not sure they are available anymore.

Centrum 50+ chewables are another good alternative.

i thought the Vita Vim chewables don't have nearly enough of some nutrients we need.

you may need to read some labels and do some comparing.

Also there is no standardization between the Bariatric Centres so your program may say one thing and the others may be different.

at a minimum you will need a good quality multi vitamin twice per day, calcium citrate.

Years out I take the multis, calcium citrate, vitamin D, vitamin C, FeraMax for iron, B100 complex and now my vitamin A is low.
