Day 4 of Opti
Well, I'm on day 4 of Opti, and other than a small meltdown the first night, it's going really well. I don't really have cravings, except when something smells really delicious, I'm not overly hungry, and my energy isn't bad.
Does it get harder from this point on? My surgery is the 17th so I've got a ways to go!
