over 60 successes please?

Although I am not in my 60's YET , I am 52 , surgery at 51. and I can only tell you do it now... get your life back, dont wait another year, you will only be older and still overweight. Move forward with life, if you wait any longer you will possibly be too old and perhaps ill to withstand surgery, we all know of the co-morbids that go along with obesity. You can do this, dont second guess yourself
