How much did u loose on Opti

I've been on Opti for almost 5 weeks. I haven't weighed myself since last Wednesday, but I'm down 22lbs. I lost a lot in the 1st week, then it stalled in the 2nd and 3rd, and lost more in the 4th. I'll find out Wednesday morning, before I leave for surgery, what the 5th week brings.

Ya same with me lost a lot first week. Then less this 2nd week on my final week before surgery on Friday.   I only had to do 3 weeks, I guess every location is different. . Good luck with rest of your journey
