Today i turned...well i won't bore you guys with the details, lol. This time last year i was celebrating with cakes, pop, pizza, wings etc and this year was, shrimp and veg. How things have turned, although i did eat half an after eight dinner mint, hey it was a celebration after all. I also went to the gym after dinner and kicked ass. I don't miss any of the other foods as well, because when i looked into the mirror, i saw a happier healthier me and wondered why the heck did i let myself enjoy food so much? Well that was in the past and what a difference 10 and a half months make. I love my RNY and the only regret is not getting it done sooner.

Next month will be my surgiversary and i hope to get as close as possible to my surgeons goal of 200 lbs, wish me luck.. only 29lb more to go. And thank you guys for the support and encouragement you've given along the way.
