Just wondering if any of you took CLA to help with fat loss post op?

I am 8 months out today. 87 pounds down and 13 pounds from goal. Just wondering if these would help at all with the tummy fat? I've had 3 c sections and a hysterectomy.  So 4 cuts on the same spot. Not sure I'll even lose the belly.

Thanks

Kim

Seriously? Absolutely not. Sorry, you're not going to "lose your belly" taking this. Save your hard earned cash for plastics in a few years if it's really important to you.

It's kind of sad, isn't it, that we go to such lengths of having surgery to give us a tool to lose weight and still want to believe in some sort of "miracle" to speed it up or make it better. ;)

Both crazy and wonderful. And scary - that's when the real work begins.

I always seem to chime in after Karen, but I agree start saving now and that will allow you to subsidize the cost of some plastics later down the road...remember all the wraps, supplements that state you will lose weight or keep it off..have been DONE....they don't work that's why as a last resort many of us have opted for surgery.

prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.

life is AMAZING when you continue on the right path~!.  Use your surgeons gift to the fullest~!

I actually had to Google to see what it was. To me all these sorts of things are scams to steel your money. Congrats on 87 lbs in 8 short months!! Perhaps a TT somewhere down the road. Maybe once you hit your goal the TT will feel less important, who knows lol

I've lost 127 lbs and now and weigh 143 lbs. I was told at work the other day that I have the body of a teenager  I'm 5'7" tall. The way I look in cloths is way different than how I look in a bathing suit or naked but I don't care. I am totally happy with the way I look. I can wear anything, I feel good. Long story short,I've embraced what I have accomplished and am very proud of what I've accomplished....You will be too.

Again Congrats on your accomplishments so far

Ann
