Telehealth video conference?

Has anyone done one of these? I'm meeting my (new) surgeon from TWH since my files have been transferred finally. I meet with them on the 31st. I don't know if this means that I'll still need to go down there and sign forms, or what.

Here's to hoping that I'll get a surgery date at the same time.

Hmmm maybe they will just email them to you, and have you fax them back, and bring in the originals when you go for PATTS? Congrats, you're very close now!!
