January 2014 - Referral from Family Doctor

June 23rd - Orientation at HRRH

Sept - Meet surgeon

October - Meet with Internist

November (TODAY) - Meet with Nurse, Dietician & Social Worker - No follow required so told to wait for a call to come back and see the surgeon in about 2 weeks for a surgery date. wooohooo

Yaaay!!! That's fantastic!! hey we sat in the same orientation on June 23rd that's so cool!!! Won't be long now you're so close to the finish line of the process!!!!
