How many inches was my neck?!
Just went to see my sleep doc and they did the standard neck and waist measurements. I have lost 2 inches off my neck and 7.5 inches from my waist. The last time I saw him was November 2014th after which I put on 26 pounds before my surgery on January 20th. I was really pleased, but also laughed at myself as I pondered just how big was my neck and how did my shoulders support it. Lol
Congratulations on your progress so far! Great to have a pleasant surprise like that to confirm what the scale has been telling you! Good motivation to keep on plan too. ☺️
