What are you eating/doing today? (Wednesday)

Good morning. 

Up since 4 am. Ross fell asleep on the couch and made his way to bed at that time, and I couldn't fall back asleep. Boo. Alarm was set for 5:15 anyway to go to the gym.

Personal training session this morning, and hill intervals tonight 

B: hard boiled eggs and avocado with lime (banana before workout)

L: Steak and cauliflower mash

S: apple

D: unsure...there's lots of leftovers to choose from at home.

Surgery March 23/2011. Completed three full marathons and two half marathons, two half Ironman distances. Completed my first Full Ironman distance (4 km swim, 180 km bike, 42.2 km (full marathon) run) in Muskoka August 30/2015. Next Ironman Lake Placid July 23/2017!
