Good morning :)

CC, how are you enjoying the hot yoga? Just the thought of it makes me have trouble breathing (the heat). lol

Off to work this morning for another fun-filled day, have a couple of errands to run (maybe at lunch, but probably on the way home), not sure what else! Great parasport conference yesterday morning - got to meet a Commonwealth gold medalist (excellent speaker as well) and had the opportunity to try sledge hockey and wheelchair basketball and had a blast. I need a trip to Costco to stock up on a few things, not sure if I'll brave Friday afternoon crowds or suffer through the Saturday ones. lol

Karen I am liking hot yoga. I especially like that my instructor is 6'5 and ripped. He makes the class very interesting ;).

Good morning all. No Biking today. I am sore and tired. I will swim at lunch to stretch out the muscles. I have been craving a cobb salad from one of the local pubs. So out tonight. I tried to work out the calories and it is not great but I am willing to have this one bad meal. Lunch is leftovers from a  great stir fry last night. I love cleaning out the fridge and frying up all the veggies with chicken.

Renos at work included adding a server to a closet in front of me. Of course although I voiced concerns I was told it would be fine. It is not. When the cooling comes on it roars and blows right on me. We have turned the heat up which is not good for the server but great for me. Now it is just a constant hum. I am so glad it is Friday!
