What protein shake do you use?
I have tried many, and either I can't tolerate the taste (stevia) or I get so nauseous I vomit. This is pre-op. I'm desperately trying to find a few options I can handle now so I have a list to choose from after the big day.
if anyone cares to share the brand they use, I would appreciate it and add to my list to test.

I quite like their cappuccino flavor, what I did early on was mix a teaspoon into my chocolate protein shake for an extra boost (early on when I struggled to get in the protein every day).

I buy mine there too. Love the place. Have been ordering there for years, on atkins, low carb, on and off for years. Still trying to keep carbs low now, so with my next syntrax order, I may order some low carb tortillas, or the Joseph mini pitas. Both so good!

Yeah I've been ordering there for a few years too.. I've done a ton of reviews under the name "Chrystal". Their lavash bread is amazing. Do not get the donuts though. DO NOT! They are SO GOOD that you'll eat them all and you'll sit there wondering what you're doing with your life.
