At breakfast today I ate two pieces of turkey bacon too fast and have been feeling horrible for 2 hours. Word to the wise, take your time! Don't be a fool like me.

I'm going to curl up in a nauseated ball now.

totally know what you are feeling. done it a few times already. it will pass soon just lay down and remember your POUCH is the boss, it is something i have learned very quickly.
