Support Groups in Ottawa area?

Hi, is there a board or site that lists local support group meetings, please and thank you!

None that I have seen. There was interest last month of starting a support group but the forum post fizzled out as no one took the initiative to put something together.

The odd time you will see people from Ottawa put together a dinner with each other on the ontario Facebook page (I can't link it here right now but if you're interested, PM me and I can invite you to it). But there hasn't been a dinner event planned since last winter (that I'm aware of, sometimes pockets of people will start their own thing).

There was once a Facebook page for a small group of people who met monthly, but it has since been taken down (I think) as there was no activity on it. Perhaps if one of those members sees your post they might PM you to invite you personally, it's not my place to do so.

There does seem to be enough interest of current active members on OH to get something new started, it just needs someone to take the lead to put it together and keep it going.
