Hello does anyone use Diesel protein powder?  I got some yesterday in the PATH in downtown Toronto at a place called A1Nutrition.  It was $46.99 for the smaller tub and $99.99 for the large one.  I got the small tub.  The flavour I got was Chocolate Peanut Butter.  They also had Banana, plain Chocolate and Strawberry.  I got a sample of the Strawberry and it was good too.  You mix one scoop in 125 mL which is good if you don't like drinking a whole 250 mL like other protein shakes I have tried.  It has 26 grams of protein in it so I am going to aim for 2 shakes a day since I have been bad with getting in enough protein.  The other stats are good too and it has stevia in it as the sweetener (no aspartame or splenda at all).

I really like the flavor I got but when I run out I think I will try the strawberry next.  I am so curious about the banana but they didn't have any samples of it so I will wait until I can try it first.

I swim most mornings.   I find that having a protein shake or protein coffee sits better in my pouch before exercise.   I usually add decaf instant coffee to the salted caramel to have a salted caramel macchiato.

I find the further out I got the less I used protein powders. I have some I have recently been trying to use up otherwise I would not use them at all. I would wait until you use what you just bought before rushing to stock up

I'm a fan of Diesel for what it doesn't have in it.  It's my go-to.  I like the vanilla, salted caramel and their unflavoured really comes in handy.  I mix it in yogurt, cottage cheese, dips (hummus etc) and of course smoothies :)
