Vitamins

GM hope everyone had a great week, I am going to Costco today and wanted tips on vitamins I should buy (chewable) prefer as I have a hard time swallowing pills as well as does anyone know the cost associated with the B12 shots (needles) surgery is May 17th at TWH.

I have been wondering the same thing. I was planning on asking the pharmasist. I think they even have liquid or dissolving strips.

I take B12 injection.  The B12 was about $7 (over the counter) and the needs are less than $0.50 each   I have not had my surgery yet but have low B12 already :-0
