The comments are so hurtful! I hope this lady gets the help she needs. Scary stuff. 

So many of those comments are terribly ignorant.  

I know - there was 1 about the fact that she "only" weighed 250 lbs -  why would she even have weight loss surgery. Some people are just so judgmental and cruel. 

yeah that comment struck me as being from someone who knows nothing about obesity or weight loss surgery, yet feels they have the right to insult someone over it.
