Leftover OPTI
Just wondering if we can use up our leftover Opto after surgery? They do have 225 calories which I think is a lot- just wondering if anyone knew.
I'll for sure ask my surgeon also

Ya no we can't be drinking that after surgery. Too much aspartame. Won't sit well with our tiny pouch. I also have many left overs. Considering to give it to my family or friends but I would like to see people use it and actually loose weight. And also to feel the way we did going through the optifast phase.
