Im 3 weeks out and have been using MyFitnesssPal since day 1- just wondering if you use this app what do you have your nutrition goals set to?

Mine are:

Protein 50%

Carbs 30%

Fat 20%

I found an app for the android and apple phone called Bariatrics which seems pretty cool. I set myself up on both of these trackers but on myfitnesspal I didn't set goals, I'm just tracking.

Hey I was wondering the same thing. I put 1200 calorie with 50 pro 30 fats 20 carbs. I went to the nutrition class's yesterday but totally forgot to ask

I have mine set at:

Calories = 700

Protein = 40%

Fat = 40%

Carbs = 20%

I have 700 calories. I only worry about the protein right now which I set at 70
