Opti while at work

How much broth in a day?

I was told I could have 1 cup per day. I try to have it between the 4pm, and 8pm. 

I brought my opti package to work.  I had a shaker and just added ice and my flavours (OMG Opti was AWFUL).  The first day before I started mixing it with SF syrups I almost cried wondering how I was going to get through.  

But once I learned about the SF syrups Opti was actually really good!
