Im board out of my mine... havent felt any pain... after recovery i walked downstairs to tim hortons with my family cause i needed to stretch my legs.. worst feeling so far is my thoart and gas pain... great team at twh...

So far no...... with my sore thoart ive been drinking tea as my water intake... believe me you will know when you are full...
