I am only 1 week behind you. If you're getting your protein from cottage cheese, shakes and beans, you may not feel the restriction. It digests easier and slides through. I didn't feel it until I ate dense protein like chicken. I bring a 2 oz container with me everywhere I go. Then I use it to eyeball next to my meal. 2 containers worth of protein, 1 of veg. Everything else gets boxed to go.
