Cancellation list
hi everyone!
Like the title suggests, Im on the cancellation list at TWH and I have to say it's driving me mental. As a precaution, I guess in the event there is a cancellation, I had my pre-op appointment on May 1 and since then I've just been waiting and looking at my phone like it's about to hatch an egg or something- seriously unrealistic of me lol. My original surgery date is Sept 1 and being able to have pre-op as soon as I did made me think there was a cancellation in the works! Unfortunately there was, but on the day of that person's surgery so it couldn't be reassigned (too last minute). I feel bad for that person as well just imagining how I would feel if I all of a sudden couldn't have surgery. Anyways this is definitely a lot of verbal diarrhoea sorry haha. I guess I'm just praying the cancellation list pulls through soon!

wow.. that is really early for a pre op... I've been on the cancellation list since end of feb.. and have got no call either.. but now almost at the end.. pre op is in 2 weeks.. surgery 3 weeks after that.. :)
Wonder if they will get you to do a 2nd pre op closer to the sept date

Well my original pre-op was August 18, but when I contacted about the cancellation list I was given May 1. I'm not sure how long the pre-op info is good for. You're super close!! Almost there now :)

Orientation: June 29th, 2016, Surgery March 22, 2017. Pre-surgery: 16 lbs, (Size 2x, 18/20), M1: 19 lbs. (Size 1x, 16/18), M2: 13 lbs. (Size 16, XL) M3: 10 lbs. (Size 14/16, large). M4: 6 lbs. (Size 14, large/medium). M5: 10 lbs. (Size 14, solid medium - lol), M6: 9 lbs. (Size 12, medium). M7: 8 lbs. (Size 10/12 and small/medium). M8: 7 lbs. (Size 10 and small/medium). M9: 2 lbs. (Size 8/10 - small/medium). Lost 100 lbs by Month 9! M10: 5 lbs. M11: 4 lbs. One year: 6 lbs. Total 111 lbs. lost!

It will get here before you know it... I thought too in feb that June would be a huge time to wait.. and it went relatively quickly... as long as I didn't think too hard about the surgery coming up..lol
even now with it almost here.. it's seeming to take forever..but I know it's not too much longer now.
