Morning All,
I am so excited, I start my Optifast tomorrow. I was on the medically supervised weight loss program previously and was on Optifast for 2.5 months. I didnt mind it, and have bought all my flavourings that I liked previously. Excited for the next 3 weeks to go by, and I know they will quickly. Cant believe I have my pre-admission appt on Tuesday. I felt like these days would take forever to get here when I first started this journey, but wow here I am getting ready to take off running with this opportunity. Cant wait to join you all on the bench in 3 weeks. I have been reading all of your posts, and thankful for all you that have shared the good, bad and ugly that you have experienced. Helps a newbie like me along :)
